Character animation libraries???

Are there any libraries of character animation data publicly available
to buy? It doesn't matter whether the data is motion capture and/or
keyframe. Ideally the library would contain LOTS of different types
of animations for human characters, and would be useful to taking a
"plug and play" approach to animation.

Check out Motek (www.e-motek.com), I believe they have a bunch of free
"stockmoves" that will come into LW via the Filmbox plugin... they even
explain on their site how to setup your character properly to utilize their
motion capture.

And the staff there is amazing to work with.
